[1] This page covers the terms of service for customers who buy from Neoflix’s filmmaker clients. Schedule for Fulfillment. Monday to Friday, except USA holidays when USPS is closed. Order Processing Times:

• Standard 1^st class domestic and international orders received by 9:00am Pacific Daylight time will be processed that business day.
• Overnight or “2 day” domestic orders received by 9:00am will be shipped the same day.

[2] Order Processing.

• When you complete a order, the shopping cart will take you to a “thank you” page and we will also send you a receipt by e-mail. If you do not receive either of these two confirmations, then it is likely your order did not go through. Before placing another order, please check your e-mail in-box to make sure the confirmation e-mail we sent you did not get filtered into the “spam” folder.

[3] Shipping Options. We provide two shipping options: standard and expedited. Regular shipping is either USPS first class mail service or ground shipping service by Fed-Ex or UPS.

Domestic Orders

• Standard--2-5 business days delivery to destination
• Expedited --1-2 business days delivery to destination (where service is available)

International (shipping from USA to another country)Orders

• Standard -- 5-12 business days to destination
• Expedited -- 3-7 business days to destination (where service is available)

PLEASE NOTE: Expedited service can be overnight, but we do guarantee overnight! It means that we use the fastest method of shipment available for your service area provided by USPS or our shipping vendor.

[4] Replacement.If you received a defective DVD, we will send you a replacement. Before requesting a replacement, please try the disc on your computer or a friends’ DVD player first. There are about 1 n 20 chance that DVDs will not play in random DVD players, so if we send you a replacement, it may also not work.

• Before we send you a replacement, we may ask you to send back the “defective” DVD. In the event a buyer refuses to return the DVD, then it will be at NeoFlix’s discretion whether or not to send a replacement.
• NeoFlix will refund all non-deliverable items that is address correctly, but returned by post office for any reason. Often time, we will contact the buyer to provide us another address and we will send the DVD again at our cost. After the second attempt, we will process the order for refund, and Neoflix reserves the right to charge you, the buyer for cost of postage and handling, as well as a 20% re-stocking fee for non-delivered items.
• For replacement of international buyers, we may ask the buyer to pay for the cost of shipping or reserve the right to refund the order without reshipping.
